3. Deliver profitable sales growth with a focus on forecasting, prospecting, price management, and new business development
4. Develop an account plan for Telecom industry customers, involving a fully developed customer needs analysis, short-term and long-term goals and tactics, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
5. Align cross-functional teams' efforts to fulfill and exceed the customers' goals and meet the key performance metric standards
6. Collect and analyse the market intelligence in the responsible domain including market trends, competitions, technology progress ,etc
1. Fluent in English communication in verbal and written skill, other language skills are considered as a plus
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication and excellent active listening skills
3. 3+ years of Customer facing Account Management experience in a technology-oriented organization with strong relationship building skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
5. Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts on OEM/ODM business model, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks (Satellite / Telecom Communication industry with high-volume devices is preferred)
